iDimension to raise RM14.5m via IPO

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 25, 2011): iDimension Consolidated Bhd, a provider of manufacturing software solutions, aims to raise RM14.527 million via a public issue of 38,230,000 new ordinary shares of 10 sen each, at an offer price of 38 sen per share.
Of this, 34.42% has been allocated for expansion of its presence in key markets. This is part of the group's overall expansion strategy.
Meanwhile, another 30.97% has been set aside for research and development purposes, 5.69% for working capital while 14.46% would be used as capital expenditure and the balance for estimated listing expenses.
The initial public offering (IPO) also involves an offer for sale up to seven million ordinary shares, of which the proceeds would be accrued to the seller.
The subscription period for iDimension's shares starts on Oct 25 and will close on Nov 2.
The group recorded a revenue of RM15 million and profit before tax of RM8.5 million for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2010.
iDimension managing director Daniel Boo said in a statement today: "Export represented 48.3% of our total revenue for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2010."
The group exports its software solutions to Indonesia, Singapore, China, the United States, the Philippines, Japan and Thailand. – Bernama
